EP 30 The Struggle Is REAL – The Realities Of Natural Birth In A Hospital Setting

Our culture has normalized medical birth.  Over the last 100 or so years, somehow we have been convinced that the best way to have a baby is in a hospitaltal with a tube in your arm and your back so you’re numb from the waist down and some monitors strapped to your belly while you lay on your back in a bed.  Our ancestors would roll their eyes.  Anyway — if you DON’T want that kind of birth, but you are giving birth in the hospital, you’re very likely going to face some very real pushback that is going to make it harder for you than it should be.  Information is power though, so in today’s episode we’re going to address the realities of hospital birth and help you prepare.
